Eye of the Mushroom

Charcoal and colored chalk on paper, 11"x14". Created during a late night botanical excursion. This piece just sort of created itself, which most of my really good art seems to do. I had no preconceived image when I started this piece - just opened my sketch book and started drawing and this is what emerged before my witnessing eyes. Also, look closely in the dark area between the face and the two naked chicks. You should see some cool hidden imagery.
